ARIADNA Grid has participated in the European Utility Week 2019 held in Paris. The presence of more than 700 utilities from all around the globe, over 16.000 visitors and 950 exhibitors representing 127 countries make of it one of the most important events within the electric sector held in Europe.
Under the Smart Grids Basque Country setting promoted by the Basque Energy Cluster, ARIADNA Grid together with Merytronic and Pronutec has participated with its own stand. There we have presented our solutions developed to help electric distribution companies in the digitalization of their LV grid.
In order to give answer to the energy needs of today’s society, with the increasing presence of the electric vehicle, the integration of distributed renewable energy and the management of responsible demand, it is necessary to increase the grid flexibility and to adopt grid new management models.
To this aim the distribution companies require to have the knowledge and the control of their grids in real time. From its foundation, ARIADNA Grid has been working with the clear objective of providing utilities with tools to manage their networks in a more effective and efficient way.
We have talked about all this and much more with all those who have come to our stand in Paris.
