All the contents shown on the Portal and, in particular, the design, text, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, trademarks, industrial designs or any other signs susceptible of industrial and commercial use are subject to intellectual property rights of ARIADNA GRID or third parties who have duly authorised the inclusion thereof in the Portal.

In no case shall it be understood that any license is granted or any of such rights is waived, assigned, totally or partially transferred or given, and in particular, any rights of alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of such content without prior explicit permission by ARIADNA GRID or the corresponding holders.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

For the purposes of the provisions of Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, ARIADNA GRID informs the User that an automated personal data file is created with the data obtained on the Portal by and for ARIADNA GRID and under its responsibility, for the purposes of marketing and communicating information about the products offered on the Portal, as well as promotional and advertising activities that may be of interest to the User, to expand and improve our products by tailoring our offerings to the User’s preferences or needs and to enable a customised navigation experience.

The User expressly agrees that the data collected while browsing the Portal or provided when completing any form, as well as those derived from the business relationship and/or delivery of products purchased, be included in the automated personal data file referred to in paragraph one. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The use of any of the services offered on the Website http://www.ariadanagrid.com/, from the beginning, and the condition of User shall be considered explicit, voluntary and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. In order to access the services of the Website, whether or not they are free of charge or entail a series of obligations, the User must be of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity and representation to enter into a contract.

Using the services offered implies that the User declares to comply with these requirements.
